No. We prefer advance reservations to ensure we have everything necessary to welcome you. We offer exclusive stays: the first visitor (or group) who books a room for a given date ensures the exclusive use of the lodge for that evening, which allows us to guarantee a cocoon of total privacy and rejuvenation for our visitors.
-
Unfortunately, no. We love dogs, and are already owners of three Yorkshire Terriers — adorable, but shy — who live in our private living quarters. If, however, you have a service dog (guide dog or other), they are obviously welcome.

Yes, we are open 12 months a year! Whether it is to enjoy the fall colors, go skiing or snowmobiling in the winter, or explore our trails and bike paths in the summer, we welcome you in every season.
Amenities, check-in and life at the house
-
Yes, we are your live-in host couple. In addition to preparing your breakfast and keeping the premises clean and welcoming, we are available to answer your questions and give you tips about the region. However, rest assured: we are discreet and considerate people, and have our own living quarters to let you enjoy the premises in complete privacy.

As shown in the “Visit our guest room” section, our guest rooms do not have individual bathrooms. This is a characteristic of many ancient homes, including ours.
However, in order to offer you modern comfort and a high level of privacy, the upstairs bathroom and the main floor half-bath are reserved exclusively for you. Likewise, since our lodge operates on an exclusive reservation basis, you are guaranteed not to share these spaces with strangers. Finally, reusable disinfecting wipes (homemade) are available in the half-bath and the bathroom to allow you to freshen up these spaces as needed.
As live-in hosts, we clean your bathroom and your reserved half-bath every day.

Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. We always prefer a warm in-person welcome. In the event of a brief absence, the electronic lock allows you to enter on your own (the code is sent to you by email the morning of your arrival).

You can park along the private driveway between the church and the house to unload your luggage, then use our reserved long-term parking in the back. For electric vehicles, a 40 A outlet is available on-site (bring your own charger). Public charging stations are also located 200 meters away.

To preserve the floors of our beautiful historic home, we invite our guests to bring their indoor shoes or slippers. If you forget them, we will gladly lend you some nice, clean slippers!
Dining, family outings and gourmet offerings
-
We offer creative breakfasts made with local products. Following your reservation, we will send you a short form to choose your menu and let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions. To whet your appetite, you can browse our shop, which showcases our menu options.

Depending on the day and the season, several options are available to you:
Local Terroir option at the house: Thanks to our partnership with the local farm Au Vieux Silo, you can order their prepared guinea fowl dishes; they will be waiting for you in the fridge upon your arrival! We can also prepare rice and a side salad ($10/meal). We invite you to check our webpage detailing this exclusive offer.
Just a few steps away: The village's Le Perpétuel Café (local and seasonal menus, oven-baked pizza, sandwiches), as well as the Marché Tradition grocery store (prepared meals and sushi) located 450 meters away.
In the area: Wonderful gourmet dining options await you nearby (Microbrasserie de Bellechasse, Bistro Ferme Mille-Fleurs, Le Bleu Citron, etc.). We advise you to check their low-season hours and book in advance. Check out Tourisme Chaudière-Appalaches’Where to eat in Bellechasse page to learn more!"
